Are your origami lamps safe to use?

Every lamp ships with an LED holder rated for 3-watt bulbs — cool enough that paper never heats past room temperature. We only sell LED-compatible shades, never for incandescent.

Can I clean an origami paper lamp?

Dust the outside with a soft paintbrush every few weeks. Avoid damp cloths and direct sunlight; kept indoors, a well-made paper lamp lasts five to seven years without yellowing.

Are the lamps made from recycled paper?

Most shades are folded from 80 GSM recycled kraft or handmade cotton paper. A few editions use new paper for colour consistency — each listing states the paper source.

Do you take custom orders for origami hangings?
