1. Acceptance

By using spreadandspine.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or book a workshop. Minors may participate with a parent or guardian.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer. We may accept or decline. Acceptance is confirmed when we dispatch the order.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details. Orders are dispatched only after successful payment capture confirmed via webhook.

6. Shipping

7. Returns

8. Intellectual property

All content, images, patterns, and course materials are owned by Spread & Spine. Personal use is permitted; redistribution or resale is not.

9. Workshops

Workshop bookings are subject to a 48-hour cancellation window. Corporate bookings follow the terms of the signed engagement letter. We are not liable for minor physical injuries arising from participant misuse of tools — participants acknowledge the use of needles, awls, and blades during sessions.

10. Courses

Paid courses include lifetime access to the current edition. Sharing of login credentials is prohibited. We may terminate access for violations.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
