7-day return window
Standard catalog items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To initiate, email hello@spreadandspine.com with your order number and reason for return.
Condition requirements
- Unused and free of marks or wear.
- In original packaging with all inserts.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Non-returnable items
- Custom and personalised orders.
- Gift cards.
- Digital courses once accessed.
- DIY kits once opened.
- Items marked “final sale” at checkout.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Credit typically appears within 5–7 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
Return shipping
For buyer-initiated returns (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged or incorrect goods, we cover return shipping.
