Frequently asked questions
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- Ten books. Below ten, a one-off commission is available at single-piece pricing, typically ₹2,400 to ₹8,000 depending on materials and binding.
- How long does a custom order take?
- Four to six weeks for quantities under fifty. Rush orders (two to three weeks) are possible for a 25% expedite fee, subject to our calendar.
- Can you match brand colours or fabric?
- Yes. We work from hex codes, Pantone references, or a physical swatch you mail to us. A digital mockup is shared for your approval before production starts.
- Do you ship completed orders across India?
- Yes, insured, with tracking. For quantities above fifty we recommend Blue Dart surface; below that, Delhivery Express. International shipping is on a per-order quote.
- What is the payment schedule?
- A 50% advance confirms your slot in our calendar. The balance is invoiced on dispatch, payable via UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay.
