Domestic delivery (India)

We dispatch within 2 business days of payment. Typical transit times after dispatch:

Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days.
Tier 2 and rural destinations: 5–8 business days.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000. Orders below incur a flat ₹79 shipping charge.

International delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL Express or India Post Registered International. Transit time is typically 7–15 business days. Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes charged by the destination country.

Tracking

Each dispatched order comes with a tracking number by email. You can also track orders from your account dashboard.

Custom orders

Custom orders (weddings, corporate gifting, editioned runs) are hand-made to brief. Production takes 2–4 weeks. Shipping follows the same timelines above, starting from the dispatch date communicated post-production.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimates above, email hello@spreadandspine.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and reship or refund where appropriate.

Yes. International orders are shipped via DHL or India Post and typically arrive within 7–15 business days depending on destination.

How do I track my order?

You receive an email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. You can also view status under Account → Orders.

What is the lead time for custom orders?

Custom orders are produced in 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and finish. We share a confirmed production schedule after quote acceptance.
