How much does a corporate workshop cost in India?: Pricing starts at ₹2,200 per participant for a two-hour Japanese Stab session and scales with group size, duration, and venue. Most half-day offsites for 20 to 40 people land between ₹65,000 and ₹1,80,000 all-in, materials included.
What is the minimum group size?: Six participants. Below six we recommend joining a public workshop at our Bengaluru studio and simply blocking seats for your team.
Can you host at our office?: Yes. We travel with mobile kits across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Goa. For other cities we pass on the actual travel cost, no markup.
How long does a session run?: The sweet spot is 2.5 to 3 hours. Full-day formats (5 to 6 hours) include two bindings and a plated lunch break. We tailor the timeline around your meetings.
What do participants take home?: Every participant walks out with a fully finished hand-bound book — usually a 96-page A5 journal in your brand colours, optionally foil-stamped with a logo or quote.
Can we co-brand the journals?: Yes. We offer blind-deboss and metallic foil stamping on the cover. Send us a vector logo two weeks before the session and we will prepare the dies.
Do you help with gifting for remote teams?: Absolutely. We pack kits with instructions, thread, and pre-punched paper and ship across India. A live facilitator joins the call over Zoom or Meet for the session.
Can the session tie into an ESG or sustainability theme?: Every journal is built from 100% recycled paper and upcycled fabric. We open each session with a short talk on how the materials were sourced, which fits neatly inside a sustainability week.
How far in advance should we book?: Three to four weeks is comfortable. We can turn around simpler formats in eight working days if needed.
Do you invoice with GST?: Yes. We issue a GST-compliant tax invoice, and can work with purchase orders and advance-payment cycles common to Indian HR procurement.
