What is the revenue share?: We take 65% of ticket revenue and pass 35% to the host cafe. Food and beverage sold on the day is 100% yours. No fixed rental, no upfront cost.
What does the cafe need to provide?: A quiet corner that seats eight to twelve around a long table, reliable Wi-Fi, and two power points. That is genuinely it.
Who markets the workshop?: Both of us. We run ticketing, our newsletter, and our Instagram. You post on your handles and to your regulars. Co-branded collateral is provided.
How often can we host?: Most partner cafes run one session a month. High-footfall spaces in Goa and Bengaluru host fortnightly.
Do guests order food and drink?: Yes — most of our workshops run at 4pm with a natural chai break. Cafes typically see ₹300 to ₹700 per guest in ancillary F&B.
